Become Unstoppable with Powerful Habits

About 10 years ago, Dr. Ryan Doyle looked at his wife; the busy chiropractic business, two young kids, everything looked good. But he didn’t feel anything. No fear. No panic. No anxiety. No excitement. Nothing. He was lost.
And at this point, he felt he needed to go out and jump on every bandwagon there was, trying to find something to fill the void. The foundation that he thought was sturdy, was in fact very fragile. And he’s not alone – this is very common.

So many people have had similar paths, the likes of Dr. John Demartini, Dr. Nima Rahmany and Byron Katie, all of whom have persevered through the pain, and who we look to for inspiration and guidance out of the darkness, to find the meaning and purpose of life and gain clarity.

Over those 10 years, many courses were taken, many thousands of dollars were spent, many processes were worked through. And the FR33DOM FORMULA was born. A process that is a product of logical tools and lessons learned over time. A collection of powerful habits, if you will.

An important lesson learned is that struggle should never be minimized. The struggle is real. And oddly, it’s a very beautiful thing. The pain associated with the emptiness is real. And the beauty of it is that it’s an indication that something needs to change.

But it doesn’t stop there, the discomfort needs to be pushed through to get to a place of value, which can often come across as pain. But it can be resistance, pain, obstacles. And trying to find something that we want to overcome or we want to work through that becomes a fulfilling journey along the way is ultimately the process.

If you don’t push through something; if you don’t dig deeper, even if you achieve it, does it even mean anything?

Sedation is another thing we look to, something to numb the pain we feel. This comes in many different forms. Some turn to alcohol or drugs, some turn to intense physical exercise, some switch off completely and sedate in the form of endless Netflix binges. At this point, sedation becomes a huge road block.

When you feel the pain, it is your green light to start digging, to start self-reflecting. This is an amazing foundation for change. Something is missing, and it’s time to pick up the shovel and start digging.
